NDA & Security Protocols

Defence projects require strict information security. Files arrive on secure channels, are stored in isolated environments, and are deleted on project completion. NDAs are signed before any technical discussion begins.

High-Performance Materials

Aerospace and defence applications push materials to their limits. Our engineering range — PA6-CF, PA12-CF, PC, PPA-CF — delivers the stiffness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability that demanding specifications require.

Documented Quality

For applications where traceability matters, we provide documented production records including material lot numbers, print parameters, and QC measurements. Parts are produced consistently and verifiably.

What we produce

  • Structural brackets and secondary structural components in PA6-CF and PA12-CF
  • Ducting, covers, and non-structural airframe components
  • UAV and UAS structural components — frames, motor mounts, fairings
  • Ground support equipment and handling aids
  • Prototype components for development programmes
  • Jigs and fixtures for assembly, inspection, and maintenance
  • Electronic enclosures and housings in high-temperature materials
  • Training aids and non-functional replica parts
  • Reverse engineering of legacy components for life extension programmes
  • 3D scanning for digital twin development and quality inspection

Where 3D printing fits in defence programmes

The most common use cases in defence are prototyping during development — where 3D printing enables rapid design iteration before tooling commitment — and production of secondary structural and non-structural components where volumes don't justify injection moulding. We also see significant demand for maintenance and life extension work: scanning and reproducing obsolete or worn components to keep legacy platforms in service.

UAV and UAS programmes

We've supported multiple UAV development programmes with structural frame components, motor mounts, and fairings in PA6-CF and ASA-CF. The stiffness-to-weight advantage of carbon fibre reinforced Nylon over standard FDM materials makes a meaningful difference at UAV scale. We understand NDA requirements for active development programmes.
