On-Site Preventative Maintenance
We visit you and clean up your printer. This may involve disassembling it to get at bad spills, ensuring the z-axis is moving correctly, checking plate leveling etc. Basically all we can do to ensure that your printer keeps running.
On-Site Repair / Replacement
Regular on-site visits by our skilled technicians to perform maintenance tasks, ensuring your 3D printers are always in peak operating condition. This includes cleaning, calibration, and diagnostic checks to preemptively identify potential issues.
Part Fault Repair / Replacement
Expert diagnosis and replacement of faulty parts to ensure your 3D printer continues to function smoothly. Whether it's a minor component or a critical part, our team is ready to get your equipment back to optimal performance as quickly as possible.
We simplify the warranty process for non-consumable parts by coordinating with manufacturers to obtain replacement components and schedule repair services. In cases of extended replacement times, we provide loan equipment to ensure your operations continue smoothly until your original parts are received and installed.
Loan Equipment
In cases where your equipment requires extended servicing, we provide loaner units to ensure your workflow is not disrupted. We strive to supply a replacement printer that matches the make and model of your original equipment, though this is subject to availability.
Printer Rebate
At the end of your support contract, we offer a the option to facilitate upgrading to the latest model printers which have been recommended by us. By trading in your current printer, you can receive a rebate that provides financial assistance towards purchasing newer, more advanced models. This ensures you stay ahead with cutting-edge technology while benefiting from a discount on the upgrade.
Eligibility
- Clients are eligible for the Printer Rebate Program at the end of their current support contract.
- The program is available to clients with printers are still in good working condition and covered under the support agreement.
Rebate Value
- The rebate value is determined based on the age, condition, and original purchase price of the existing printer.
- Additional considerations such as the frequency of use and maintenance history may also affect the rebate value.
Rebate Application
- Clients must apply for the Printer Rebate Program at least 30 days before their support contract ends.
- The application includes providing details about the current printer, its condition, and any service history (most of which will be recorded with us).
Trade-Up Options
- Upon approval, clients can choose from a selection of recommended newer models or better alternatives.
- The rebate amount is applied as a discount towards the purchase of the new printer model.
Installation and Support Transition
- Our team will assist with the installation of the new printer, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Clients can choose to renew their support contract to continue receiving premium support services for the new printer.
